Well, I had the problem happen with the Battery Status plugin on this thread, but it wasn't consistent. Sometimes it worked, other times it didn't.
It consistently failed with the Voicemail today plugin.
I got the "error initializing" with numerous different plugins, but I think the voicemail was the only one that never worked right.
