My apps that I had transferred to my microsd card were missing, They're visible in the Settings-Manage Applications area, but I am unable to actually launch via shortcuts on home screen and they do not appear in the app drawer.

I believe I may have found a solution, but I'm not 100% sure on how to implement it. It seems someone else had the exact same issue as me, and was able to resolve the issue. I'm just trying to mimic what he did. He resolution is found here: http://lifein0and1.c...ly-file-system/

The part where I get confused, is in this paragraph:

I'm not sure how to do any of that, or what the steps would be. If someone could give me a bit of a walk through, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
What that person was saying was to copy all contents of your sd card to a computer, unhook phone from computer and put sd card back in it and either boot phone into bootloader and wipe the sd card and then format card and then upgrade ext partition, if I remember right it goes from regular partition to ext 2 and then upgrade that to ext 3, personally I set the swap to 0 and the partition to 2048 which is 2GB and the rest to FAT, just depends how many programs you have, plus the size of your sd card, I have a 16GB sd card, but if you have the stock 8GB one I would say to a 1GB partition and the rest FAT as most do.

Like was said before if I was you I would boot phone up and go to rom manager and flash alternate recovery from CWM to RA and then do the stuff above.
