I had a couple of lock ups, but I'm not sure if it's my phone or badly written apps.

As far as defects go, I have a dead pixel and a spec of dust under the glass. How are you guys getting Sprint to take it back? They are giving me the "it doesn't effect the functionality of the phone" bs so I either have to pay restocking or live with it.
