FORGET THE WIFI PROFILE APP IT IS REALLY BUGY YOU CAN STILL USE THE GREEN

Download WiFi Profiles it let you turn configure power save when you turn the screen off so that Wifi keeps working. It also does many other things. I will also try to see what registry changes it makes to see if we can do this with out using the app.

I have posted how to disable carrier data connection so that apps only use Wifi.

msisaac let me know if this fix the one issue you are having about apps using carrier data connection and not WiFi
