Bro you're information is not all correct, all the GB roms have working 4G, especially since the OTA dropped. You are right about the version of sense, but running a custom rom will get you sense 2.1 with hints of 3.0 throughout the rom, and all the roms are running really great and are stable especially since the OTA came out, the thing that sucks the most about them is battery life, it's not horrible, but not great like it was with custom kernels, so really all we are waiting for now is the source for the kernel to come out so those devs can tweak them and we can get better battery life.

To the OP, here is a link to all roms for the Evo, this thread has links to 2.1, 2.2, and 2.3 gingerbread roms, just have to look around and see what you like and read up about the issues and which one looks the best and runs like you want based on known issues/fixes, here's the link to that thread:
