Let me clarify : When you accept the OTA you lose recovery, busy box, and super user..If you go into bootloader and are still S-Off then this method WILL work.
My first response in this thread said "If the phone was ever rooted, it probably is still S-Off"...So, what I'm talking about here is repairing if the phone was rooted and updated. If the phone has never been rooted and then was updated, then no, you can't root as of yet.
