I was sharing an experience closely related to the OP's nothing more.
The same argument could be made for Samsung. Everyone has standards. But QC can't possibly catch EVERYTHING that may not be up to standard.

Um..From the context I read it sounded like your telling him to fight it because its made in china and bound to have defects...
That said I accidantly misread TP as TEP...so thats why I assumed it was your Evo..so I fail there >.>
