When i try to purchase from Zune on the PC i get "Unknown error encountered" It's been about 12 days and several calls to Microsoft have not fixed it. Any one have this problem?

Edit: I didn't read that it was happening also on the PC, is your account banned? they banned my account because they charged an expired card for some of my purchases and I kept getting an error when I tried to buy things I had to switch my method of payment before my account was allowed to purchase things agin...check your e-mail to see If anything has gone wrong with previous purchases
also are you able to buy free things?
