Re: Help!!

If you have mac, hopefully it is an intel based mac... If it is, it should be easy to accomplish this task.

First of all, on your mac you should locate and download the S-ON tool from unrevoked, copy it to the mSD card on your EVO, and install the ZIP from your custom recovery... (It is important to turn S-ON before the remaining steps, if you desire it to be back on. If you need and explanation as to why, we can go over that later!)

With that out of the way, you can follow these steps. Most are easy, but they may or may not be for you. If you need any additional guidance on any of the steps, please let me know.

1. If you don't know what kind of mac it is, go to your APPLE MENU in the top left hand corner and choose, ABOUT THIS MAC. If it says INTEL, you can continue the following steps.

2. Go to Virtualization & Automation Solutions for Desktops, Servers, Hosting, SaaS - Download and install the free trial.

3. After installing the program, you will need to create a new VIRTUAL MACHINE, for this you will need a windows install disk. It should not matter much which one you use, but I recommend Windows XP, as there will less chances of complications.

4. After you get Windows installed and running in the virtual machine, open Internet Explorer and download an RUU from Shipped ROMs. You can run it from your VIRTUAL MACHINE, and it will return your phone back to stock.
