Hey there fellow Tennessean, I'm running winmospeed from regular memory. Unlike OCT which runs off the SD card, winmospeed runs in regular memory.
Whenever I reset, winmospeed resets back to the default clock speed. I created a couple shortcuts for my favorite speeds and put them in my program folder. All I have to do after a restart is click on the shortcut for the speed I want.
So, try installing it into regular memory and see how it runs.
