Yep, took the moisture sensor off of the phone and they didint say a word about it. They did however take the phone apart to look for internal moisture damage which of course there was none. After doing so they ordered me a brand new TP2 which I got a couple days later.

Whatever you decide to do... Good luck....

+1 i did the same thing when i needed a replacement. i knew i had never got my phone wet but somehow the moisture sensor got activated so i peeled it off before i sent it in lol. then after that i dropped my phone at walmart and shattered the screen. i sent that one in and they didnt say anything about that either =). i also had trouble getting my last replacement unlocked. i sent a support ticket on the htc-unlocks website and i got a response within a few hours saying that my imei or whatever was whitelisted.
