I'm not too sure what started it. Thanks for the suggestion,but I've never had a good experience with that program on 6.5.x roms. I'm starting to wonder if it's the way they customised the rom themes. Energy and Sharkie both do thesame thing, it's coming out of sleep. Usually doesn't require a reset, but I do have to wait sometime for it to respond. In this time period it allows use of the start menu. Which doesn't make sense to me. lol

The last rom before this I used was Energy, before his recent update. I remember after installing sharkie, it would be fine for about three days, nothing installed other then xda_uc

Minor update. It's seems it's the whole device outside the start menu.
I'm also starting to wonder if it's hardware. I've not had it happen until the device. =\
