Hey guys, 1st Post.
I found ppcgeeks from the youtube tutorial and I have a few questions about the HTC EVO that I'm not sure the forum guide touched on.
1st off I am interested in trying out different Roms. And the 1st issue i noticed is the tutorial doesn't touch on the HBOOT-2.10.0001.
I currently have my Evo rooted from revoked, and I'm very impressed how simple it was. Also I am not sure which file to download from
Index of /shipped/Supersonic/ but I am assuming the latest file.
My end goal is to have a backup image of my phone in its current state I can keep on my pc. From which I can figure out how to tryout different Roms.
I hear there is a significant battery improvement with a few of them. And that the default kernel from sprint is vastly insuperior.
