The ability to upload pictures to facebook has absolutely nothing to do with Sense (it works fine without sense). In newer ROMs, it is dependent on HTC's Album, Social Networks Engine, and probably Facebook Engine and Media Tool Kit.
OP, you're better off asking nrg's thread...that way people who use the ROM can help you.
