Yes you can dl the original sprint rom from
http://www.utstar.com/pcd/ from the download section. keep it in a safe place on ur computer, and cook your phn as many times as u like. If u need to go the store, reflash the original rom and you are good. Or be like me and suprise them at the store with all the new shit I got and let their techies beg me to do their shit and i get free stuff or better customer care.
