I won't rant on this issue but if Sprint doesn't want to honor a full warranty on something SPRINT sells , then maybe they should let HTC sell the phones and Sprint should just sell the service and not tell you the first thing you need to do when you have a problem with your phone and they cannot fix it over the phone, is to bring it into a Sprint repair center. I understand you are the awesome Sprint Tech rockin the EVO but wasn;t aware you were a paid spokesperson also.. My car is made in Detroit, I don't take it back to Detroit for warranty work , and when I need to return a defective product to Walmart or somewhere else I bought it , I do not expect to have to pay the Walmart a fee to look at it and then tell me its covered under warranty , so now we can exchange it .....
