IMHO, we should be testing these kernels on FRX04 and nothing else. If you guys test on other system images and have oddities, I'm just going to blame those other system images .

Also, thanks for the wifi comment - this build is not about testing wifi, we're focusing on panel wake and battery life.



On that note, a new kernel!

This time, system_server is on the chopping block. WisTilt2 has a workaround for system_server, but it is NOT in this kernel. This kernel will probably cause the system_server issue as usual, but there's additional logging traps placed in this kernel to hopefully expose the root cause of the system_server issue, instead of just fixing it in a hack.

Basically grab the newest kernel, boot your phone. Assuming you have a system_server condition (verify thru top) pull your dmesg and post it.

Not sure if you have to wait until you resolve the system_server bug, but it seems like a good idea so WisTilt2 has a dmesg log of a "complete" run thru the bug. Thanks!
