Boo Boo, you've got a hell of a lot of posts to not know what a nandroid backup is and how to make one. I'm sorry to tell you, but you are now a proud owner of an Evo 3g!! There are many in your group and there is no fix unless you had previously backed up your wimax.img. Sprint is getting wise to this situation and if you bring it into a Sprint store they will check to see if your rooted and yes, a good tech can tell even if you unroot your phone first. If you have TEP you can always smash your Evo or claim it as a loss and pay the $100 to Assurion and get a replacement but that would be fraud and you have to decide if that is morally right.
