ahhh, just as i suspected! sorry to hear that and i know how frustrating it is but im glad you were able to get insurance added. also, this is a hardware/warranty issue so dont let sprint con you into going through insurance like they tried to do me! so is it safe to say that this is a known common issue now? i wonder how many other people have this issue and think its a sod???
i have an issue with energyrom sprint provisioning cab, i usually dont install it but my sprint prl/profile update cab or ## codes dont work unless i do. ive noticed this twice. after installing sprint prov, within 24 hours later my data quits working and i get error code 67 and 68. i have to go into ##data# and "restore" default settings a few times to get data back working. i am 100% sure this only happens after i install sprint prov.
my gf is on gsm energy and never has this issue with the tmobile prov. so maybe the sprint cab needs updating?
