Three brand new Sprint Touch phones arrived today.
Two lines were ported from T-Mobile - 2rd is a new line.
Right off the bat I want to play with Sprint TV to test the new Evo Speed....
Nope - on all three
The cab file installed and I reset the phones.....no dice.
I called Sprint Tech Support - got third shift - After 90+ min and doing some "#" based resets on one of the phones....still no go. I could tell the guy was drawing a blank. He asked where I got the phones. I told him
www.letstalk.com, and boy he jumped on that. I was informed I have three bad phones....the Sprint Corporae Stores "do no offer Sprint TV for the Touch phones becase there is a compatability issue with HTC"
Now I have been hangin in this and a couple of other forums and I don't recall reading about that
Now if somebody knows the gimmic to get Sprint TV to work I'd appreciate it. It was one of the selling points with the wife and I'm about to start sleeping on the sofa if you know what I mean
