I've had the same issue with the 21916 Build of the same ROM. Really want that one since it has Cookie 2.0 built in instead of installing it myself. I'm currently running the 21916 Energy Standard with it and although it's much smoother than stock, it's still being a little "RAM heavy".
ETA: Tried the "Christmas Edition" of the same build (21916 w/ CHT 2.0). The NBH and RUU files are there, but doesn't seem to run, either by USB connection to the PC or by flashing from the SD in Bootloader. I'm thinking files are missing from these ZIP files.
This really sucks: I'd love to try an Energy ROM with CHT 2.0 built in.
