Anyone can overclock, but if stuff isn't working I'd like to remove that variable.

I made some changes. Remove the things in red/bold. Might also want to try deleting your data.img, and booting. Then wait... Leave your phone for a little bit after it's booted up, so it has a little bit of time to work out its demons.

Also, you have a RHOD500? Do you use it on a GSM network or CDMA...? If you're on CDMA, that force_cdma=0 needs to =1.
