Find a different bank that meets your needs, perhaps?

There is an app that does just such a thing, and it's on your phone right now. It's called a web browser.

In all seriousness, another option might be to make up a contact list entry with your banks' automated system contact number, and to set up the contact number with the appropriate pauses and your account number and PIN, so that you can just call it and get your balance without having to key in all your info over and over.

Also, there is always the options of running a financial management app on your phone (or even just keeping a Word document) with your transactions and current balance, though those options are only accurate if you put some effort into maintaining them.

Good luck!
