You get sense 2.5.2019 from the latest Oboe ROM. You can find the latest leaked ROMs
here and dump them. If the language is not 0409 (WWE), then you can just take the 0409 from a WWE ROM even if the version is not exactly the same. You can also find the translated files
here.
