One thing I highly recommend is that if you feel any movement in the port when you place the charger plg in, take the phone in immediately. These ports will break off completely if you keep going and once separated from the board, Sprint will definitely try to charge you. It is much easier when it is still semi connected, so do not wiggle the cord trying to get it to come on like most people will commonly do.I was actually going to get a cradle charger ( I have an extra battery from my TP2) and use that to put less wear and tear on it. I am glad this thread was made as it has reminded me to do so. I would honestly say , this problem is a known issue and can only imagine how many people will get charged for it , especially after the 1 year is up..Be gentle with the cable when connecting and disconnecting and hopefully you will remain trouble free.
What I think is BS is the fact I pay to have my phone worked on if I break it not only to replace it but yet every time I take my phone in they are like, "we cant fix it" its ridiculous. What are the techs even there for just to inspect for water damage?

Semper Fidelis (Always Faithful) is the motto of the Corps. That Marines have lived up to this motto is proved by the fact that there has never been a mutiny, or even the thought of one, among U.S. Marines.
