I would honestly say , this problem is a known issue and can only imagine how many people will get charged for it , especially after the 1 year is up..Be gentle with the cable when connecting and disconnecting and hopefully you will remain trouble free.

What I think is BS is the fact I pay to have my phone worked on if I break it not only to replace it but yet every time I take my phone in they are like, "we cant fix it" its ridiculous. What are the techs even there for just to inspect for water damage?
