Turn phone off.
Push+Hold volume down. Push+Hold power button until tri-color screen appears.
Let go of vol down and power button.
Plug in usb cable which is connected to a PC. Flash new (or same) ROM.
Next time don't have the overclock program auto-start until you know it's stable.
