Turn on phone, go to home screen. Hold down power button until you see a menu. Select Power Off.
Now plug you phone into a charger and let it charge for four hours.

Start phone up and check the battery level. Is it fully charged? If so, the battery is probably Okay. If not, go to Sprint and return your phone because you are under the 30 day warranty.
