Anyways, I bought my phone from Sprint.com, how would I go to exchange it? Do I have to call Sprint or can they exchange it at the Sprint Store? Thanks

Samsung Epic already having issues on launch day

You can change the Haptic Feedback in settings..that said you can exchange it at sprint stores IF they have a system that allows online returns/exchanges..you should call the store your going to first and confirm if they have such system...unless you have TEP which you can then exchange at any repair center.
