Just because someone doesn't respond to your post doesn't mean it was skipped. Many times people don't respond unless they strongly disagree, or they might want to make a different point.
I believe in innocent until proven guilty... but I have seen HTC's track record, and I am not giving them the benefit of the doubt again, ya know?

I really haven't had a chance to peek into the latest posts, but this one caught my eye. I wouldn't point my finger at htc. Sprint was first to launch (clearwire, faster than 3g, not quit lte) then vzw went with the rumor of lte.
3 executives from sprint left clearwire. Dan H. being one of them.
It was rumored that sprint was going to go with clearwire............ poofffffffff evo 4g. it was also rumored that vzw was going to launch lte somewhere beginning to mid 2011, and look where that is going.......
It's not htc's fault that sprint jumped ship on 4g, and give sprint a chance to move foward. The new wm7 (as much as I hate to see the UI compaired to what was to be launched a year ago) they are trying new things. Is it a dual core 1.5mhrts processor, no. Is it a 1080i res, no. Will your tp1-2 run the software, I doubt it.
We look at the first android phone on sprint and it was the hero, same specs as the tp1 and people jumped over like it was the best thing in the world, state of the art and never seen before features. I hate to say this but at least give the new os a chance.
