I would just call retentions, whatever the phone prompts are and when they ask you why and if it's your first call regarding this issue tell them no, it's not your first time trying to rectify the problem and that you're canceling because you have no service, like mentioned above. Why should you pay for two phones. But be nice and not threatening to them, they will get you the airrave, but as Darren mentioned, you do need high speed internet for it to work, and a window somewhere near by for a GPS signal. I've never heard of them not giving it to a long term customer who claims to have bad service inside the house. keep us posted.
