How long have you been a Sprint customer? Just tell them that if you need separate service to be able to use your phone in your home, you see no need to keep paying Sprint.

Keep being very polite and tell them you are willing to pay an extra $5/mo for Airave service if necessary, eventually you will get someone who is willing to send one out for you.
