Call Sprint... you'll eventually be transferred to Account Services (aka Retentions), although the the person who transferred me called it "Financial Services" for some reason. They may require you to perform a reset and maybe go into a store to make sure that there is nothing wrong with the phone.

The price for the Airave and monthly fees will be waived as a "retentions credit" if you can demonstrate that you're not receiving signal where you live. They might say that it takes 7-10 business days but it typically takes 2-3.
