New ROM. Need to call customer service.
I flashed the GPS ROM but I cant seem to get/stay connected to EVDO. Just 1x. I need to call alltel and see what they can do. I have heard that flashing new ROM/radio is a no no. What should I say to the customer service people? That I did a hard reset? Any help would be great. Dont want to void my warranty or anything.
