Thank you for your answer. Yes, I tried updating profile, updating PRL but nothing works. I also tried resetting through ##3282# and ##786# as customer service told me. Apparently the phone can't communicate with Sprint because the it lost its identity (MEID and username). That's what they told me at the store.
I posted it here because I thought it wasn't EVO related but you're right, I'll try it there too.
