So i'm guessing you haven't got Android running yet?
Where you able to create the fat32 and ext2 partitions. If not try using Gparted, it is a little more work to install it but it is fairly easy to use. Create the fat32 partition first, then the ext2 partition.
Also keep the ext2 partition smaller than 512 mb if you are going to use a large sd card.
After creating the partitions, extract the files directly to the root of the fat32 partition on your sd card. (You want to see a list of 10 files on the root of the sd card. Not one folder holding all of the files.)
You would then go into the npkinstall folder rename your device to startup, not startup.txt. If you rename it startup.txt the installer will read the file as startup.txt.txt and it will not install correctly.
Immediately after you change whichever device name you are using to startup, go to app named install (which is located in the same npkinstall folder.) And click on it to run. after you will see your screen loading Android into the ext2 partition that you created.
After installing the files, the phone will shut off and reboot back into Windows.
After Windows boots up again, go back to your sd card. In there you will find a folder named Startups. Within the Startups folder you will find various devices. locate your device, click on the folder and in the folder you will find a startup file. Copy this file and paste it directly on the root of your sd card. After that go to the app named Haret, which is located on the root of your sd card, click on this and Adroid should now boot up. It does take a few minutes, so be patient.
Let me know how it goes. By the way, which device are you trying to install this on?
