I don't get how you calling tech support about something that you should be obviously aware off.
Not to sound rude but you sure do have a lot of time on your hands calling customer service. How can you be a member of PPCGEEKS and be calling Sprint and asking about ROM updates or how to activate GPS.
I just feel you should know better.
