When I got my original airave, I just told them that it was getting old that I had to sit next to a window or go outside to make/receive a call. I was fortunate and the lady said her mom had the same problem and had it sent right away.

Yes, I plugged it directly into the modem and then plugged the router into the Airvana. On my router, I plugged the cable into the Internet port, should I plug it into the LAN port instead?
