hell sprint even SAYS it right in their terms. Sprint does not make the hardware nor support it thats up to the manufacturer. SO why should sprint decide what your plan can use JUST because its "cool" if its otherwise tech compatible with your plan?

Sorry, you can't keep getting away with this one either... You could NOT use any tech compatible phones with you plan that you wanted to (then or now).
Ever try to activate a non Sprint branded CDMA phone on the Sprint network? No soup for you! It's tech compatible but has a different name on the cover. Its made by the same hardware manufacturer, has the same specs, cost (more or less) the same to purchase outright but you will not be able to activate it on Sprint. Nuff said.
