You don't need any specific drivers for your phone but you do for your computer.

Start Windows Mobile Device Center (Activesync) and connect your phone. Windows xp and up should automatically detect your phone and install the proper driver for it. You do need a network connection at this point because windows will go to windows update to look for the appropriate driver for your phone.

Once the driver is installed click on setup a connection for your phone in WMDC and it will connect. From ther, you can go back into your phone and set up tethering.
