Re: Mugen or Seidio extended battery?

I use the Seidio 3500 mAh battery. It is listed as a LiPo on their web site but when you receive it, the silk-screen on the battery will say LiOn. I called them and they assured me it was LiPo and that the Japs were putting the "old" silkscreen on them. It sounded like BS to me but I tested the battery and decided that the improvement was significant enough to make it a keeper.

As far as the thickness, it means nothing to me. Still is smaller and lighter than the Mogul it replaced. In some ways, I like the more "meatier" feel. The phone feels more rugged.

Can't say I performed any formal tests but it is to the point where battery strength is no longer my first priority. With the stock battery, I ran from charger to charger like a horny eel.

As it may seem, one of my most common usages is watching full length movies. Last night I watched "Stand By Me" with the wife in bed. Don't recall the batt strength when I started but I did note that it was at 80% when I placed it on the Charger. Remember, 80% means that I still have a long way to go in this batt. I have never had it under 60% that I remember. Like I said, it just isn't an issue that I track.
