Also, you could use an app like sktools or tms uninstaller to uninstall most of those. You won't be able to remove the cabs but you'll free up a lot of space.
Again, NO app can remove things that are stored in ROM. Get it?
Of course "I get it"

I said that you can UNINSTALL some factory installed apps like SprintTV and SprintNav. I know for a fact that SKTools will do this because I did it myself! You have to go into settings in sktools and have it show "apps not listed as installed" in order to be able to select them for uninstallation. You can't completely remove some system files and cabs because they are in ROM but you can UNINSTALL apps.
