Brinked.com, Zedge.net, or Cellware.com are great free sites.
In your SD card, go to Media>Audio> then create new folder, name it Ringtones.
Drag and drop your mp3 ringtones into the folder.
Some say you need to reboot your phone, but I did not have to.
If you want to create your own ringtones, just use a good mp3 trimmer like was said.
