The same memo went out to ALL Sprint stores, 3rd party or not. The normal TEP rules are 3 exchanges for the same issue before they offer you a different phone.

This thread is turning into a smaller version of the monster that was created when the TP2 came out and everyone tried to scam their way into getting a TP2 for their TP....
