So... I called Sprint yesterday because at the store they told me to call and they could give me a discount/credit for a discontinued phone I bought.... anyway, I went from customer care to a supervisor to a manager (I believe he was an escalations manager) and they said they couldn't help me... so when I asked to speak to retentions (Retentions is the most awesome department in Sprint) they said that Retentions will no longer handle any part of Sprint SERO accounts... THAT STINKS! If anyone has spoken to Retentions before, they are the last hope... the ones that hook you up!... so I guess we're stuck with regular customer service now
