How long does it take to get your upgrade reset when returning a phone?
I bought a phone from a 3rd party retailer last week on the 8/8. It was the LG Rumor Touch and wasn't what my wife expected. We went to return it on 8/13 and the dude got really pissed bc I told him my wife didn't like it and we are getting the Intercept. He said we'll have the Intercept tomorrow so just wait and we'll exchange it then. I told him sprint has it for $99 wiht no rebates bc they were doing a special. So he returned it and swapped my old phone back. What he did when he swapped the phone was put it as an order. So now I called sprint an they said I have to wait until it clears the system in order for me to get my upgrade back. Is there anyway to get around this? or do I have to wait for the system to reset?
