Instead of doing a NAND restore I just installed missing files and data using Titanium Backup and it seems like the data is working as it should be (at least for now).

However, I am being hit with another issue...when I go to the camera I get the message "Flash is disabled due to low battery poser, cold weather, or a running application that uses a lot of power, like wi-fi hotspot and phone". I have a fresh battery with about 90% still available on it, I live in florida so I know it isn't cold, and nothing other than system apps are running and there isn't a lot of overhead with those. Anyone having this issue?
Ok my Friend you get the WTH Award for this evening

Same advice as I said above. Do a complete wipe Factory reset 2X's wipe Dalvik 2X's (cache gets wiped with factory reset so there's no need to do it again if you did the factory reset) then reflash.

LOL-when I asked where you were I meant what condition is your device in?
Try what I said and report back. Re-download, wipe everything twice, reflash.
Good luck.

EDIT:@ALL-for anyone attempting the PRI fix whether it goes or not once your are done attempting I would update your Profile, that may help with any reception/data issue you are having...if it's not a Sprint network issue like The Hamburglar reported
