A) The file didn't completely download- Check the file size compared to the pictures
B) You don't have it named correctly.
When you downloaded the file it was called eng-PC36IMG.zip
If you couldn't see the ".zip" it means your pc hides common extensions.
So then you renamed it "PC36IMG.zip" and now you see the ".zip"
Plus there is still a hidden .zip at the end of the file.
So you have a file named "PC36IMG.zip.zip"
