Ervius kitchen writes it files to the ROM in 0-9,A-Z,etc order (basically, top to bottom as they appear in the kitchen). If for some reason there is a registry setting in one of your manila packages that also happens to be what you're making these app.reg files to alter, the *lowest* one on the list will overwrite the ones on top. For example you may tweak the weather location in your "Manila Tweak" package, but say there's a package named "Manila Weather". It would come after alphabetically and overwrite your tweak. Good Point. I think I might do that, just to make sure it puts it all in the right order.
It does all the folders at once in this alphabetical order, right? It wouldn't do first the "EXT>6.1>A-z" folders, then the "EXT>Common>A-z" folders, etc, would it?

Sounds good.
Now to just "pre tweak" Advanced Config and Diamond Tweak. LOL! The registry entries it creates aren't the configuration entries. I'll do a bit more digging and keep you guys posted if it needs more work.
