It did that occasionaly for me but you can either fix it with a soft reset or just wait and it will start calculating correctly after an hour or so. Working fine in the Aug 1 ROM (Cookie).

LOL... maybe he cooked some ENERGY into his ROM and you really were getting 100% for half a day.
