Will I be able to do this on Android? Thanks for helping out a potential Android noob.

Not so fast, I have 1000's of such documents, and can tell you that Documents to Go is very weak. It is no replacement for WinMo's best Office package, from SoftMaker. Docs to Go strips out all kinds of formatting from your docs. For instance, if you have a row in Excel sized short and filled with black, to make a dividing line, like on an invoice, it strips out the filled in black. Basically all formatting beyond the most basic. And unlike SoftMaker's package which has pretty much all the functions of the desktop version of Office, it has very few functions. Probably even less than the included Office software in WinMo. It is a real weak spot, if you have to generate new files, or worse if you have to open, edit, and return existing ones.
